Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Sponsorship professional to drive revenue and strategic partnerships across our IPs in the Sports, Lifestyle & Entertainment domain. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience, a strong network, and a results-driven approach to business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end sponsorship servicing.
- Sponsorship Sales: Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Identify new categories and brands for various sports & lifestyle properties with the purpose of revenue generation
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering tailored solutions while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Target Ownership: Consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets through effective pipeline management and proactive sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of client commitments.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a strong funnel of leads, ensuring consistent business growth across multiple IPs and event properties.
- Client Servicing & Partner Engagement: Deliver high-touch servicing to partners, ensuring value delivery and long-term engagement.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily sales operations, reporting, and coordination for smooth internal and external stakeholder communication.

- Advanced Sales Expertise: Proven track record in strategic and consultative sales with high conversion rates.
- Brand Understanding: Deep insight into brand briefs, campaign KPIs, and how to align partnership opportunities accordingly.

Preferred Work Experience
Minimum 5 years in a similar client-facing, revenue-generating role within media, events, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors. • Specialization: Sales, Sponsorships, Events, Client Servicing • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of athlete marketing, brand storytelling, and sponsorship PR. You’ll work on the strategy and execution for communication around India’s top cricketers while shaping the media narrative for RISE’s sponsorship and brand partnerships.
We're looking for a strategic storyteller who can craft compelling narratives, drive earned media, and build visibility for both talent and business. If you understand the pulse of Indian sport and can translate personality into public impact, and know how to position a brand for both media and fan engagement, this is the role for you.
Core Competencies
- Excellent storytelling instincts with a sharp eye for reputation building and brand protection.
- Strong understanding of cricketing ecosystems, sports marketing, and the Indian media landscape.
- Comfortable navigating celebrity/talent management, with discretion and sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities
Talent PR & Brand Building
- Drive long-term PR strategy for RISE-managed cricketers, building strong on and off-field narratives.
- Shape athlete stories beyond the game—lifestyle, values, interests, causes.
- Collaborate across internal teams to craft brand stories across media, content, social, and campaigns.
- Guide athlete positioning to align with brand values and endorsement opportunities.
Sponsorship PR & Brand Partnerships
- Craft compelling media narratives around RISE’s sponsorships and brand alliances.
- Drive thought leadership via podcasts, panels, and industry events.
- Identify & amplify key PR moments across campaigns, renewals, and innovations.
- Partner with brands and rights holders to co-create impactful PR storytelling.
Preferred Work Experience
10-12 years of experience in PR, marketing, or athlete/lifestyle brand management—preferably with sports, lifestyle, or entertainment brands.
Licensing Lead

Role Overview
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic L&M partnerships for various IPs within RISE umbrella
- Drive revenue growth as well as increase brand value for various IPs within RISE umbrella
- Establish and maintain relationships with key licensors, retailers, and industry partners
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand sales channels.
- Develop yearly sales forecasts and financial performance metrics
- Drive and lead day to day servicing of various licensing programs
- Drove continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize ROI on licensing investments
Core Competencies
- Graduate/Post graduate
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple licensee partnerships and their service their deliverables
- Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams
Very well versed with MS Excel with ability to create dashboards and reports - Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Qualification required: Bachelors, Sports management, or a related field
Preferred Work Experience
Minimum 10-12 years of work experience in Licensing and Merchandising.
