Role Overview

Responsibilities:

The Creative Designer will play a vital role in working with the sales team in identifying, conceptualising and executing various visual design driven elements that aid the overall sales process.

Creating bespoke and premium still image and video assets for digital channels, including imagery for paid social campaigns, WhatsApp and display assets amongst others. 

Interpreting creative briefs to deliver compelling, campaign creatives.

Maintain high quality creative output whilst adhering to brand guidelines.

Confidently communicating design concepts and incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Working collaboratively across various sales functions to achieve organisational efficiency.

Managing multiple design projects, prioritising where necessary to meet required deadlines.

Working closely with the wider design team, supporting on other projects where possible. E.g cut outs / thumbnails / match day graphics.

Expected creative design outputs:

Digital: Website and app banners, social media creatives, splash screens, illustrations, power point presentations, brand guidelines, logo creation, colour correcting images etc.

Print: Newspaper advertisement layouts, OOH layouts, on-ground event branding etc.

Core Competencies

Expert proficiency in the following tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience

Prior experience in photo and/or video art direction

Prior experience in defining or maintaining a design style guide or branding guidelines

Ability to synthesise project briefs into actionable design solutions

Excellent knowledge of design, typography, photography and illustration

Ability to manage time and various projects’ deadlines at the same time

Basic understanding of IP rights and infringement avoidance

Preferred Work Experience

2 years’ experience as a designer working across multiple brands and on a broad range of projects in-house or within a creative, marketing, design or brand agency

Role Title

Senior Athlete Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

Senior Athlete Manager at Reliance Foundation Youth Sports (RFYS) will lead and strategize the development, management, and advancement of athletes across various sports programs under RFYS. The role encompasses refining athlete development strategies, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the program. Athlete Manager will be required to build long term talent development pathways between technical staff and sports science staff. Continuous monitoring, evaluation and reporting to the Management. The role also requires servicing of athlete needs and interactions with athlete family and support system including government agencies and sports organisations. Logistics and operational aspects for athlete training, travel and equipment needs.

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

As an Athlete Manager at Reliance Foundation Youth Sports (RFYS), the primary responsibility is to oversee the development, management, and support of athletes participating in various sports initiatives under RFYS. Athlete Manager will be instrumental in identifying talented young athletes, nurturing their potential, and ensuring their holistic development both on and off the field. Role includes preparing long term calendar, monitoring and evaluation, interacting with athlete family and entourage and managing logistic and operational matters.

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

Join us as a Football Communications Lead, where you'll collaborate closely with the Sports Communications Lead to craft and execute PR and communications strategies that elevate our football story. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining & developing relationships with our partners, the club ecosystem and bringing alive our stories across media channels (local, national and international media) so that our narratives captivate audiences far and wide.

 

  • Work alongside the Communications Lead to develop and implement PR campaigns that highlight the various facets of football, from league matches to grassroots initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day media relations during the football season, coordinating interviews, press releases, and media opportunities to maximize coverage.
  • Produce engaging features (content + video), and press communications that showcase the excitement and impact of football events and activities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media professionals and digital influencers within & outside the football ecosystem, leveraging these connections to amplify our message.

 

Core Competencies

  • A genuine love and passion for football and an understanding of its cultural significance.

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Sports Content Writer & Storyteller to join our PR team, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting engaging stories (Football + Olympic sports) that resonate with fans. Prior knowledge of Indian football, and Olympic sports is a must.

 

  • Dive deep into Indian football and Olympic sports to uncover captivating stories that showcase the passion and dedication of athletes, teams, and brands.
  • Write compelling B2C features, profiles, white papers, and interviews that bring these stories to life.
  • Collaborate closely with the PR/Comms, and sports business teams to align content with strategic objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Embrace a go-getter mindset, taking a proactive initiative to pitch ideas, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle storytelling assignments across both written content and video formats, ensuring seamless integration and engagement across platforms.

Core Competencies

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth:

  • Identify Sales Goals & Plans for the business
  • Establish and expand client relationships with existing and new brands and maximise revenue on sponsorship and talent management business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for sponsorship and talent management services.
  • Develop YoY sales projection plans for the Sr. leadership and periodic tracking of the plan
  • Analyse sales performance data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sponsorship and talent management initiatives.
  • Strong experience in negotiation high valued contracts
  • Candidate will have to collaborate closely with other department heads – Legal / finance / PR / Marketing etc to achieve overall company goals
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, sponsors, and industry partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs and ensuring expectations are being met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and contractual obligations

Core Competencies

  • 10 or more years of experience in managing Key Accounts, and onboarding new business
  • This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the sports industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in building and managing high-performance sales teams
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing partnerships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Team Management experience of minimum 5 yrs
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
